Standard Hourly Bookkeeping is $75.00 per hour.
Monthly Basic Bookkeeping Value Packages as low as $350.00 per month.
Quarterly Bookkeeping is available.

Basic Bookkeeping Services

With our Basic Bookkeeping Service, or after-the-fact bookkeeping, you pay the bills and create invoices each month. We apply customer payments, import transactions via bank feed, and provide monthly reporting and reconciliation for a flat fee. Add On Services are available for additional cost per month.

Add On Services

• Payroll: including payroll processing, liability payments, form filings, direct deposit and QB integration.
• Accounts Payable Management: Includes posting of all payables, scheduling payments, integration with QBs (up to 100 transactions per month). 
• Accounts Receivable Management: Customer invoicing, posting customer payments, collections maintenance (up to 100 transactions per month).

Value Packages

• Basic Service: $400 per month (includes QuickBooks Basic Online Subscription)
• Basic+ 1 Add On Service: $600 per month 
• Basic+2 Add On Services: $850 per month
• Basic+3 Add On Services: $1,000 per month (e.g. Payroll, paying bills, and budgeting)
• Other Add On apps include: Hubdoc, Bill.com, Payroll, Uncat, Tallie, or Expensify
• Custom Value Packages are available with a consultation.
